Portland Mural Guide
At the beginning of the year, I wanted to explore the beautiful murals that Portland has to offer. One of my primary goals for exploration was to spice up the look of my blog photo shoots and embarrassingly enough give my Instagram a bit more color. I later learned that I also better make good use of my Portland Art Tax.
This mural guide doesn’t cover every single mural in Portland. With new murals being painted continually I can’t keep up, but this should give one a starter pack of some great works of art.
The address of the mural is below each mural and if you click on the photo above the address it will link to the blog post that the photoshoot is from. The map below also has all of the murals in this post.
Want to know a few that I can’t wait to visit that aren’t in this guide? Three are the intersection of MLK and Graham has a beautiful brightly colored rainbow color blocking and Cook and Mississippi has two that are elaborate and I hope to explore them soon. I still have at least another 20 on my to visit list, probably more. So maybe there will be a Portland Mural Guide Part 2 someday?
I hope you enjoy exploring Portland as much as I have. If you stumble across any others you want to share with others, feel free to add them in the comments!
