Hello friend!
I’m Allison, and I’m so excited, you’re here!
Allison Ramsing is a modern quilt pattern designer, a fifth-generation sewist, lover of pre-cut friendly quilt patterns, bright colors and bold prints.
Allison was born and raised in Iowa and now resides in Oregon with her husband and five kiddos (two sets of twins with a singleton in the middle).
Allison graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandising, Design, and Production from Iowa State University, and a Master of Science in Higher Education Administration from The University of Kansas. These days you’ll find Allison designing new patterns and quilting while the kiddos nap.
Allison learned how to quilt in elementary school from my mama and my nana, on a machine she accidentally dropped on the ground (sorry mama!). Proof that you don’t need a fancy machine to get started quilting, just one that sorta works!
